23 November 2007 - Hauora: Māori Standards of Health IV. A study of the years 2000-2005 launched.
The fourth and latest edition of Hauora: Māori Standards of Health was launched today in Wellington. This publication extends the Hauora series up to the year 2005, and includes a number of new topic-based chapters alongside the more traditional statistical chapters. Hauora IV is available as hard copy and electronically via the www.hauora.maori.nz website.

16 November 2007 - Inaugural Vera Keefe-Ormsby Prize in Māori health awarded.
The inaugural Vera Keefe-Ormsby Prize was awarded to Charissa Makowharemahihi at the University of Otago, Wellington prizegiving. The prize recognises excellence in Māori health research, leadership and community engagement.
